Before you decide
- Before you publish, check that every link goes somewhere real, look at tablet and mobile, and set the SEO description, the social image and a favicon.
- Payments only work on the published site, not in the preview, so test your order forms after publishing.
- Version History lets you go back to an earlier snapshot, and typing “undo” in chat reverses the last AI change.
- Unpublish in Settings → General takes the site offline from search engines. Your project and content stay intact.

Can I build a website in E-STAGE without code?
Yes. You describe the site to Genesis AI in plain words, or start from a template, then edit text, colors and images by clicking on them in the visual editor.
How many templates are there?
224 in the Genesis Marketplace when we checked on October 7, 2026, including landing pages, web apps, mobile apps and desktop apps.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect it in your project under Settings → Domain → DNS Records. HTTPS is included, the bare domain also covers www, and you do not need to republish.
Can I bring a design from Figma?
Yes. Paste a Figma link in the Genesis chat. For a faithful import, connect your Figma account with read-only access under Settings → Integrations first.
Can I do in E-STAGE what I used plugins for on WordPress?
Many common ones, yes: animations and effects, SEO, forms and checkout, booking, live chat, legal pages, tracking pixels and backups are built in or added by asking Genesis AI. WordPress has a very large plugin library, so check that the specific feature you need is covered.
What if I don’t like a change?
Type “undo” in chat to reverse the last AI change, or restore an earlier snapshot from Version History.
