PREMIUM BRANDED VIRTUAL MEETING ROOMS

Get paid your way
Connect Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Easy Pay Direct or Paystack to your E-STAGE hub, and sell courses, memberships, products and paid meetings with the provider you already trust.
E-STAGE connects to six payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Easy Pay Direct and Paystack. You connect your own account in Settings → Payments by pasting its keys.
Each gateway asks for different credentials, and four of them need your Business Details first. Below is what each one needs, so you can have it ready before you start.
The six gateways an E-STAGE project can connect. Names and logos are trademarks of their owners.
How payments work
Six gateways
Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Easy Pay Direct and Paystack, all from the same Payments screen in your project’s Settings.
Your own account
You paste keys from your own gateway account, so payouts go to you under your own agreement with that provider.
Test keys while you build
Use the gateway’s test keys while you set things up, then switch to live keys when you’re ready to take real payments.
Details on receipts
Your business name, logo and address appear on customer receipts. PayPal, Razorpay, Square and Easy Pay Direct need them before they connect.
Choose per form
Each order form needs at least one connected gateway, and you choose which methods that form offers. A promo-code field can be switched on.
Webhooks where needed
Paystack uses a webhook for renewals, refunds and buyers who close the browser before returning. One webhook URL can serve several projects.
Connected in three steps
- 1
Fill in Business Details
Business name, logo, address, country, city, state or province and ZIP. Support email and phone are optional.
- 2
Click Connect on a gateway
In Settings → Payments, open the gateway’s card and paste the credentials from that gateway’s dashboard.
- 3
Connect My Account
The card turns Active, with options to edit or remove it. Then choose it on your order forms.
What each one asks for
Every gateway connects the same way: click Connect on its card, paste the credentials from that gateway’s own dashboard, and click Connect My Account. Only the credentials change.

Before you decide
- Until Business Details are complete, an amber warning appears and PayPal, Razorpay, Square and Easy Pay Direct cannot be connected.
- Keep test keys and live keys apart: test keys only simulate payments. Paystack keys say so in their prefix (pk_test_ and sk_test_, or pk_live_ and sk_live_).
- Price, billing interval, currency, trial, image and description of an order form come from the E-STAGE CRM. After changing them in the CRM, use Patch Hook to pull them in again.
- Fees, payout times and supported countries are set by each gateway, not by E-STAGE. Check them with the provider before you choose.
