E-STAGE connects to 16 email tools, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kit, HubSpot, AWeber and Zapier, from Settings → Email Integrations. Or use ESTAGE Native Email, which needs no outside account.
Most tools connect with an API key, AWeber and Zoho with a sign-in code, and Zapier with a webhook URL. When you are ready to move everything over, the CRM can import your contacts.

Native or connected
Use ESTAGE Native Email and keep subscribers in the E-STAGE CRM, or connect the email tool you already use.
API key tools
Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Kit, HubSpot, Brevo, MailerLite, SendGrid, Keap, Moosend, Sender, Sendlane and Ontraport.
Sign-in tools
AWeber and Zoho connect with a sign-in: generate a code, sign in with the provider, paste the code back.
Zapier for the rest
Paste a Zapier webhook URL and send your leads on to tools that are not on the list.
Pause, don’t disconnect
Edit the credentials, remove a connection, or pause it to stop sending leads for a while without disconnecting.
Import when ready
Bring custom fields, tags, lists, templates and contacts into the E-STAGE CRM from another email platform.

Open Email Integrations
In your project, go to Settings → Email Integrations. ESTAGE Native Email is already there, ready to send.

Click Connect on your tool
Paste the API key, the sign-in code, or the Zapier webhook URL, depending on the tool.

Connect My Account
The connection turns active. From then on you can edit it, pause it, or remove it.

Paste an API key
Copy the API key or token from your email tool, paste it in E-STAGE and click Connect My Account. ActiveCampaign takes either the full API URL or just your account name.

Paste your Zapier webhook URL. E-STAGE sends a test so you can map the fields in Zapier, and from there reach other tools.

Before you decide
- Connecting and importing are not exclusive. Many people connect first so no lead is lost, then import into the E-STAGE CRM when they are ready to move over.
- An import runs in order: custom fields, tags, lists, templates, then contacts. It fires automations triggered by contact created or list subscribed, so pause those before a big import.
- After importing, check your Suppressions, especially from GetResponse and ActiveCampaign, so contacts who opted out are not mailed again.
- Pricing, limits and features of each email tool are set by that company, not by E-STAGE.

In Settings → Email Integrations, click Connect on Mailchimp, paste your Mailchimp API key and click Connect My Account.
My tool is not on the list. What can I do?
Connect Zapier with a webhook URL and send the leads on from there.
Can I move my contacts into E-STAGE later?
Yes. The CRM can import custom fields, tags, lists, templates and contacts from another email platform.
