PREMIUM BRANDED VIRTUAL MEETING ROOMS

Branded Desktop Virtual Meeting App
Run your webinars, classes, and client calls from a desktop app that opens in your brand — a focused, native window for Mac and Windows instead of another generic meeting tab.
A branded desktop virtual meeting app is a downloadable Mac or Windows application that lets you host meetings, webinars, and classes in a window carrying your own logo, colors, and name.
Instead of sending people to a generic platform that shows someone else’s brand, you host from a native app that looks like your business — while the guests you invite can usually join from a simple browser link. Below is what that changes, how it works, and where it fits.
A meeting app that works like part of your business
Your brand in the window
The app opens in your colors, logo, and name — so a client sees your business, not a generic meeting tool, from the first second.
A dedicated desktop app
A meeting app that lives on your Mac or Windows computer launches faster than a browser tab and keeps your sessions in a focused, purpose-built window.
Guests can still join in a browser
You run sessions from the desktop app, while the people you invite can typically join straight from a browser link — no download required of them.
Reusable, ready-to-go rooms
Set up branded rooms once and reuse them for recurring calls, classes, and office hours instead of rebuilding a space every time.
Stays current on its own
A desktop app can check for updates in the background, so you tend to be on the latest version without stopping to reinstall anything.
A professional, consistent feel
A branded, native window signals care and context — useful when a session is public-facing or tied to your business or community.
From download to a branded room in three steps
Install the app
Download the desktop application for your computer. Branded desktop meeting apps are commonly available for both Mac and Windows.
Make it yours
Add your logo, colors, and wording so the room, the join experience, and the surrounding pages all reflect your identity.
Host and share
Open a branded room, invite people with a link or a room code, and let guests join from the app or a browser — then reuse the room next time.
A generic meeting link vs. a branded desktop app
- A plain meeting link shows the platform’s brand, not yours.
- Every session is set up from scratch in a browser tab.
- The meeting feels separate from the rest of your communications.
- A branded window shows your business the moment a session opens.
- Reusable rooms and saved settings let you start in seconds.
- The room matches your pages, emails, and registration for one consistent journey.

This is how it looks for an example business, Solara Wellness. Members open Solara Room, see Solara’s logo and name, and join Solara’s sessions.

A live session under their name
The window, the title and the logo belong to Solara. The host is on camera, the chat fills with members, and nobody is sent to a generic meeting link.

Their app, their welcome
Members sign in and are greeted by name, with Solara’s scheduled sessions and circle.

Their own domain
The hub runs on the business’s own domain, with SSL, instead of a platform address.

Their courses and community
Courses, lessons and discussions sit under the same brand members already know.

Their community feed
Members post, react and join a Go Live inside a feed that carries Solara’s name and logo.

Their booking page
Clients book a discovery call on Solara’s page, and the call happens in a private video room.

Their hub, their numbers
Revenue, new leads, customers and members for the business, in one overview.
Solara Wellness is an example business; names, pictures and numbers are examples. Branding shown: logo, app name, member and community names.

01Your own branded room app
ESTAGE Room Signature sits in the Genesis Marketplace as a desktop app template: video rooms with join by code, lobby and host controls, screen share with annotation, recording and going live. You install it into a project, edit it from the chat and build an installer your members download.
02The room app, open
The ESTAGE Room home screen, from Vick Strizheus's live on September 14, 2026 (app version 0.1.23). Scheduled live events show up with a Join button, reusable open rooms are listed, and you can start a new room or join with a room code or link.
03Mac and Windows, or just a browser
The ESTAGE Room download page offers builds for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs (macOS 12+) and for Windows 10+. The Mac builds are signed and notarized by Apple. Anyone with an invite link can open it in a browser, with nothing to install.
04Booked calls land in a video room
In an E-STAGE meeting type, you pick where the meeting happens. Here it is an E-STAGE video room, and a fallback link is sent only after someone books.
What a branded desktop app does — and does not — do
- The host installs and runs the desktop app; the people you invite usually join from a browser without installing anything.
- A branded window changes what people see and recognize — it does not, on its own, change your internet connection, your content, or how well you facilitate.
- A dedicated mobile app for phones and tablets is a separate experience that is still maturing. Today, the desktop app is the primary way to host, and guests on a phone can join from a mobile browser.
- On Windows, the ESTAGE Room installer is not signed yet (as of September 26, 2026), so Windows shows a warning on the first run. The Mac builds are signed and notarized by Apple.
- Branding works best as one part of a bigger picture — a clear invitation, a useful session, and a thoughtful follow-up still do most of the work.
Frequently asked questions
What is a branded desktop virtual meeting app?
It is a downloadable application for your Mac or Windows computer that lets you host meetings, webinars, and classes in a window presented with your own brand — your logo, colors, and name — instead of the generic look of a shared platform.
Do the people I invite have to download anything to join?
Usually not. With most branded meeting setups, the host runs the desktop app while guests join from a regular browser link. On E-STAGE, the download page says it plainly: anyone with an invite link can open it in a browser, with nothing to install.
Does a branded desktop meeting app work on both Mac and Windows?
On E-STAGE, yes. The ESTAGE Room download page, checked on September 26, 2026, offers builds for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs (macOS 12 or later) and for Windows 10 or later. The Mac builds are signed and notarized by Apple; the Windows installer is not signed yet, so Windows shows a warning the first time it runs.
How is a desktop app different from a white-label virtual meeting room?
They are closely related. A white-label virtual meeting room describes the branded experience; a desktop app is one way to run that experience — a native window on your computer rather than only a browser tab.
Is there a mobile version for phones and tablets?
Not yet on E-STAGE. In a live update on September 14, 2026, E-STAGE founder Vick Strizheus said a dedicated ESTAGE Rooms mobile app for iOS and Android is in testing. For now, the desktop app is the way to host, and guests on a phone can join from a mobile browser.
Who can host a meeting in the ESTAGE Room app?
In the same September 14, 2026 update, Vick Strizheus explained that anyone with an active E-STAGE Genesis plan can download the E-STAGE-branded Room app at no additional cost and host meetings by signing in with their Genesis account. Everyone else joins as a participant, from the app or from a browser. E-STAGE also said it may add usage limits later. ESTAGE Room Signature is the separate option for an app under your own brand.
