PREMIUM BRANDED VIRTUAL MEETING ROOMS

A professional email address on your own domain
Get your domain and a private business mailbox inside the same hub as your website, community, and courses. One login, no registrar to manage, and no DNS to touch.
A professional email address is a mailbox on a domain registered in your name, like hello@yourbrand.com, instead of a free address from a public provider.
With E-STAGE Domains and Mail you can buy or transfer the domain, have the technical setup done for you, and create private mailboxes, all from your hub.

Your address, your inbox, your hub
Get your domain in the hub
Search for a domain, buy it in three steps (name, registrant, payment), and renew it from the same dashboard where you build your pages. The domain is registered in your name.
Bring the domain you have
Already own a domain? You can transfer it in with the authorization code from your current registrar, or keep it where it is.
SSL, DNS and privacy included
DNS is hosted for you, the SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically, and WHOIS privacy is included. The domain connects to your project in a click.
Mailboxes on your domain
Create addresses like hello@ and support@ on your own domain, with aliases, folders, and several mailboxes in one place.
Private by design
By default, mail is set to E-STAGE apps only: zero-access encryption, so the platform itself cannot read your mailbox, and mail between two E-STAGE mailboxes is end-to-end encrypted.
A full webmail, not a forwarder
Rich-text signatures per mailbox, undo send, auto-replies, browser notifications, Gmail-style keyboard shortcuts, and a compose window in three sizes. 5 GB per mailbox. A mobile app is on the way.
Or use the mail apps you have
If you want, turn on access from other apps and add the mailbox to Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird over IMAP and SMTP with an app password. A step-by-step guide covers each app.
From name to first email in three steps
- 1
Pick your domain
Search for the name you want and buy it inside your hub (in our live test, 4 clicks for a .com, with the price shown before paying), or transfer one you already own.
- 2
Let the setup run
Registration, DNS, and SSL run on their own, usually within minutes (about seven in our test). You can close the window; you get an email when it is ready.
- 3
Create your mailbox
Type the address you want, like hello@yourbrand.com, set a password, and start sending.
What it looks like in E-STAGE
Real screenshots from our own E-STAGE account, captured on September 25, 2026. Nothing mocked up.
01All your domains in one screen
Every domain shows its status, its SSL certificate, and how many projects it serves. From here you can buy a new one, transfer one in, or add one you already own.
02Search the name, see the real price
It checks every ending it sells, .com first, and suggests close names, each with its price before you buy. Domains are sold at market price, so the cost depends on the ending and the name. The side panel lists what every domain includes: DNS, SSL, WHOIS privacy, and one-click connect.
03Registered in your name
You are the registrant, and E-STAGE never appears as the holder. Choose 1, 2, 3, or 5 years. WHOIS privacy is on and included. The registry emails you to verify ownership, and you confirm within 15 days.
04Connect it to a project
Point the root domain or any subdomain to a project from one form. Here the main site runs on the root domain and the community runs on community.cluesfinders.com.
05Your DNS, inside the project
Every record in the domain’s zone shows up in the project’s settings: the site, the mail servers, and anything else it points at. You add or edit a record from the same screen.
06Old links keep working
Rename a page or move a post and Genesis can forward the old address to the new one with a 301. It takes effect on the live site right away, with no publish needed.
07Control who reaches your site
The Traffic Manager lets you block countries at the CDN edge, so those requests never reach your site.
08Your mailboxes, in one tab
Once mail is set up, the domain’s Mailboxes tab confirms that sending and receiving are verified and lists every address with its status and message count. Open an inbox, create a new mailbox, add aliases, and choose what happens to mail sent to unknown addresses. Shown with an example domain and mailboxes; it works on domains registered or transferred through E-STAGE.
A real purchase, start to finish
E-STAGE’s Vick Strizheus bought a .com on camera on September 25, 2026. These are frames from those videos.

Timing is what we saw on September 25, 2026: registration took about seven minutes in this test. Domains are sold at market price, which depends on the ending and the name and can change, so check the price in your own account before you buy.
Before you decide
- E-STAGE announced Domains and Mail on September 25, 2026. Included mailboxes and pricing are as announced then (five mailboxes per domain included, more in bundles of five). Confirm current terms inside your own account.
- Mailboxes work on domains registered or transferred through E-STAGE, because it manages the DNS that delivers your mail. A domain you only connect from another registrar can serve your site, but not mailboxes.
- A completed domain registration is final and cannot be refunded. If the registry cannot register the name, you are refunded in full automatically. The registry also emails you to verify ownership, and you must confirm within 15 days.
- Zero-access encryption protects your privacy, and it also means the platform cannot recover your mailbox content if you lose your password. Store it safely.
- Turning on access from other apps (IMAP and SMTP) trades some privacy for convenience: mail is still encrypted, but it passes through the server to reach those apps, with the same kind of protection as Gmail or Apple Mail. Leave it on E-STAGE apps only if you want the strictest setting.
- Transferring a domain out of E-STAGE to another registrar is not available yet. E-STAGE said on October 1, 2026 that it is coming, with no date.
- If you already use email on your domain with another provider, plan the switch before you move it, so no messages are lost while the records change.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a professional email address?
You need a domain registered in your name (like yourbrand.com) and an email service that creates mailboxes on it. With E-STAGE Domains and Mail, both happen inside your hub: pick the domain, let the setup run, and create an address like hello@yourbrand.com.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. You can transfer an existing domain into E-STAGE using the authorization code from your current registrar. Plan the move if you already receive email on that domain.
How much does a domain cost?
Domains are sold at market price, so there is no single fixed price: it depends on the ending (.com, .net, .io and so on) and on the name, and it can change over time. The search shows the price of each option before you pay, and WHOIS privacy, DNS, and SSL are included.
Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes. You are the registrant, and E-STAGE never appears as the holder. You can pick a term of 1, 2, 3, or 5 years.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. In a live test on September 25, 2026, the domain was registered, with DNS live and the SSL certificate issued, about seven minutes after payment.
Is my email private?
On the default setting (E-STAGE apps only), E-STAGE Mail uses zero-access encryption, so the platform cannot read what is inside your mailbox. The trade-off is that a lost password cannot be used to recover your content. If you turn on access from other apps, the mailbox works like any standard provider.
Can I use E-STAGE Mail in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
Yes, since October 2026. In the mailbox settings, change privacy from E-STAGE apps only to allow other apps, then follow the guide for your app (iPhone, Gmail app, Outlook, Thunderbird or Mac Mail). It connects over IMAP and SMTP with an app password.
Which domain endings can I buy?
Many: E-STAGE added more endings in October 2026, including .com, .ca, .us, .de, .eu, .yoga and .lawyer. The search shows what is available and the price before you pay.
How many email addresses can I have?
At launch, E-STAGE announced five mailboxes per domain included, with more available in bundles of five. Check the current terms in your account.
Do I still need Google Workspace or another email provider?
Not for a business address on your own domain. Many people keep their existing tools during a transition and move over once everything is tested.
Build a hub with 1,000 members
A launch goes faster when your domain, email, and hub live in one place. Mission 1000 gives you one clear path, from launch to 10, 100, 250, and 1,000 members.
